This electric pasta cooker from HCB’s 650 SERIE cooking line is made entirely of high quality stainless steel and has a capacity of 2 x 12 liters.
The pasta cooker has a temperature range of 30°C/110°C, which is easily adjustable with the solid rotary control and has shielded heating elements in the bowl with a crumb catcher above.
Both tubs are separately adjustable
In addition, the unit has two manually operated fill valves for easy filling and a drain valve with safety lock to prevent unintentional draining of the tub. In addition, the pasta cooker features safety thermostats and a drip tray with raised rim around the bowl for added convenience, safety and easy cleaning!
