Make sure your catering roasting pan is always in optimal condition by cleaning and maintaining it regularly. Follow these tips and guidelines to keep your roasting pan clean and sanitary, ready for any cooking adventure:

  • Immediately after use: Do not leave the roasting pan unnecessarily long after use before you start cleaning. This allows food particles to stick to the surface, making cleaning difficult. Allow the roasting pan to cool before you begin cleaning.
