Shipping options

Horecacentrum Brabant offers shipping options for every product in our range. In our online store you can see the shipping costs for each product. We work with our own carrier for shipping and delivery. You can find the shipping costs for each product on the product page. Shipping costs apply to the Netherlands excl. the islands. Also, shipping worldwide is possible, ask for the possibilities. If you take several things at once, we can often combine something to minimize shipping costs. In addition to delivery, it is of course always possible to pick up your products at our location.

Returning

in case of defects, you can always contact us to discuss returns. Please notify us by email of your reason for requesting a return and include the order number.

It is important that you include a copy of the invoice in your mail. This way we can process your request faster and contact you sooner to discuss your return request. Emails for returns can be sent to info@horecacentrumbrabant.nl

Conditions for returning private customers

  • We operate a 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Please indicate by email to info@horecacentrumbrabant.nl the reason for your return request and the product involved. Please also include a copy of the invoice.
  • Ordered the wrong size? Unfortunately, this is not a valid reason to return (always measure carefully yourself before ordering to see if our product fits. We always state the exact dimensions of our products)
  • Product is unused, in the same condition as when purchased, complete and as far as possible in original packaging.
  • Upon return, the product will be packed with adequate protection, as far as possible in original packaging.
  • Return costs are at your own expense
  • Horecacentrum Brabant can refuse the return of products if the conditions for returns are not met.

Conditions for returning business customers

  • In some cases, returning products may be charged 30% of the total purchase price.
  • Give by mail to info@horecacentrumbrabant.nl indicate the reason for your return request, and which product is involved. Please also include a copy of the invoice.
