The top and casing of the Electrolux A9GCGH4CGO are made of stainless steel. The cooking surface features 4 cooking burners that are ignited by a pilot light.
Stainless steel cooking grids
The stainless steel cooking grids extend partially over the burners, making the burners impact-free. It also allows smaller pans to be used without a reduction grid. Per two burners there is (from front to back) a floor in the top for easy cleaning. Of course, the burners are equipped with thermocouple protection.
Gastronorm oven
The cooking surface is placed on an oven. Internally, the oven is made of enameled metal and features a cast iron bottom plate. The oven door is also made of stainless steel internally and externally. The oven is gastronorm equipped, has an (internal) dimension of wxdxh 575x700x300mm and comes with a grid.
Practical features
