HotmixPRO GASTRO is an innovative thermoblender that, thanks to its special cutting blades, can be used both as a mixer, for emulsifying liquids, or as a cutter, for processing solid ingredients. In addition to these functions, the unit also possesses a heating system that allows the dishes, while being mixed at variable speeds, to be warmed or cooked, at temperatures between 24° and 190°C. The device is equipped with a professional motor with an output of 1500W – which can rotate the cutting blades at speeds of up to 12500 rpm.
The feature that makes Hotmixpro unique of its kind is its ability to perform all kinds of hot operations, such as creams, sauces, jams, in one procedure, without all the different steps that constantly require your presence to bring the recipe to a successful conclusion. You simply put all the different ingredients in the bowl, and then, thanks to the extremely precise temperature control, the machine does everything itself to arrive at the finished product. Hotmixpro is also capable of stirring the product at the right constant, selected speed, so that each individual dish will be prepared in the best possible way.
