What is a "big fryer"?

A large fryer is a fryer with a large capacity that is ideal for preparing larger quantities of chips, snacks or other fried foods. These pans are suitable for families of 5 to 6 people or more are similar to those used in the catering industry. The term "large fryer" is often used for fryers with a capacity of 5 liters or more. This includes household models as well as professional catering fryers.

Large capacity fryers
