The Adler EVO 1000 ADD DP PD is a professional passthrough dishwasher with digital controls, designed for intensive use in catering kitchens. Thanks to the integrated water softener and drain pump, this machine is immediately ready for connection. With its solid stainless steel casing (AISI 304), quiet operation and easy cleaning, this is a reliable choice for any sink kitchen. The machine features five wash programs and a user-friendly digital control panel. The insulated double-walled door contributes to a quieter working environment. An auto-diagnostic system facilitates maintenance and troubleshooting. Plastic wash arms and a removable front panel make cleaning quick and efficient.
The following accessories are included with the machine: 1 universal basket (500 x 500 mm), 1 plate basket (500 x 500 mm) and 1 cutlery holder.
The tank capacity is 20 liters and the boiler capacity is 10 liters. Five wash programs are available with cycle times from 120 to 300 seconds. The capacity is up to 60 baskets per hour. The rinsing temperature is about 55 °C, and post-treatment to about 82 °C ensures hygienic results. Water consumption is about 1.7 liters per cycle at a water pressure of 2 bar.
