Thermostat adjustable from 50 to 285 degrees maximum, with overheat protection.
Timer adjustable from 10 to 120 minutes with buzzer as end signal and continuous mode.
Separate on/off switch to operate the oven.
Door switch for stopping the motors during door opening.
With a pulse-activated water supply (3/4″ water connection on the back).
