TRADILEVAIN is used to produce and maintain sourdough in an ideal consistency.
The submerged blade ensures even mixing. Cleaning is not necessary because the blade is located at the bottom of the tank.
The tank has a wide-opening airtight lid that allows easy addition of flour and hot water (45°).
The tank has 2 valves: an upper valve at minimum safety level (to keep the minimum amount of starter fresh) and a lower valve to drain completely.
Characteristics:
Control panel – Operates and configures mixing, fermentation and canning cycles. Informs the user of the progress of the cycles. Cooling device allows control of sourdough temperature during the various production cycles.
