Designed for intensive use: thanks to the double ICP zone, this grill offers the flexibility of a large barbecue with zones for indirect cooking. This allows you to precisely adjust times, thicknesses and cooking methods. WeGrill Hereford is a professional infrared grill with top-down cooking and a height-adjustable grill grid.
Like all WeGrill grills, the Hereford mimics the effect of a charcoal grill and reaches a temperature of 850 °C – without flames, smoke or unpleasant odors. You can use it to grill meat, fish, seafood and vegetables, caramelize or melt cheeses – a versatile tool for a variety of preparations.
Hereford is made entirely of steel, and the grates and accessories are removable and dishwasher safe, making cleanup easy
