The SelfCookingCenter WE has 6 levels, gastronorm 1/1 wide. This allows you to grill, roast, bake, steam, stew, blanch or poach on 6 levels simultaneously. If your products allow it even on different levels different products.
The combination of heat and steam in a single appliance offers you new possibilities for the professional preparation of dishes. Thanks in part to the many sensors with which the SelfCookingCenter is equipped, the dishes are prepared very carefully. As a result, they are significantly healthier and more nutritious. The new SelfCookingCenter takes over 95% of all common cooking applications from you.
