This extra-large professional lava stone gas grill from the HCB 650 Series is made entirely of stainless steel and built for intensive use in the professional kitchen. The grill is equipped with 3 cast iron grids (each 330 x 500 mm) for strong heat storage and clear grill markings.

Heating is via powerful stainless steel burners with stabilized flame, controlled with robust rotary knobs. Thanks to the piezo ignition, you start up quickly and reliably. The unit has 3 separate zones, so you can grill simultaneously at different intensities (e.g. turn on meat, cook vegetables, keep items warm). Comes complete with 3 bags of lava stones for even heat distribution and the typical grill taste.
