Serelis 8.2 Fresh Stainless Steel Buffet Cart
This ISECO Serelis 8.2 Fresh is a stainless steel buffet cart designed for refrigerating, keeping warm, and serving meals in 1/1 GN pans. The cart features an integrated compressor and a thermocouple system for precise temperature control in each compartment.
The controls are intuitive, and the settings can be adjusted for each shelf using three preset programs. The cart is equipped with six wheels for easy movement.
Temperature Control
A buffet cart with active cooling keeps dishes at the desired temperature during service. This is particularly useful during longer service periods, when the quality and safety of the meals must be maintained.
