Description
Stainless Steel Saladette Refrigerated Workbench
This HCB saladette is a refrigerated workstation with two doors and a work surface, made of stainless steel. The unit is equipped with an electronic thermostat with an LED display for precise temperature control.
The interior is made entirely of stainless steel and is compatible with GN 1/1 pans with a maximum depth of 100 mm. The refrigerated workbench uses static cooling with R600a refrigerant and has a temperature range of +2°C to +10°C.
Kitchen Uses
A saladette refrigerated workstation is used to keep ingredients chilled while allowing you to work directly on it. The work surface provides space for cutting, preparing, or assembling dishes, without having to switch between the refrigerated area and the workstation.
GN pans
GN pans are standard-size pans used in many professional kitchens. They fit in most refrigerators and freezers and make it easy to keep ingredients organized and accessible. A GN 1/1 pan measures approximately 530 x 325 mm.
Static Cooling With static cooling, cold air does not actively circulate through the cooling compartment. This means that the temperature remains more consistent as long as the doors stay closed, but you must manually arrange the contents for optimal cooling.
