HCB Stainless Steel Refrigerated Workbench

This stainless steel refrigerated workbench from HCB has two doors and a stainless steel worktop. The refrigerated compartment can hold up to 5 × 1/1 GN containers per door, with a recommended configuration of 3 × 1/1 GN containers per door.

The unit features a digital temperature display, a temperature range of +2 °C to +8 °C, and an interior made entirely of stainless steel. The insulation consists of PU foam, and the refrigerant is R600a. Included are 2 pairs of guide rails and 2 × 1/1 GN racks.

Kitchen Uses

A refrigerated prep table combines refrigerated storage with a work surface, allowing you to store and prepare ingredients right where you’re working. GN containers

R600a Refrigerant

R600a is a natural refrigerant commonly used in household and commercial refrigeration equipment. It is more environmentally friendly than many synthetic refrigerants and has a low GWP (Global Warming Potential). However, it does require a well-sealed refrigeration system.
