Stainless Steel HCB Baking Sheet
This HCB griddle is made of stainless steel and is powered by a 400V connection, with a power rating of 5 kW. The griddle has two separately adjustable heating zones, allowing you to cook at two different temperatures at the same time. A drip tray catches excess fat, and a temperature indicator with a light shows the griddle’s current setting.
