Description
Eversys e6m Stainless Steel Coffee Machine
This Eversys e6m is a fully automatic stainless steel espresso machine designed for heavy-duty use. The machine features four bean hoppers, each holding 1.5 kg, and can prepare up to six espressos or four cappuccinos plus two espressos at the same time.
The discharge height is adjustable from 65 mm to 165 mm, and the machine requires connection to two separate 230V circuits. It is operated via three touchscreens.
Capacity and Workflow
A fully automatic coffee machine like this is suitable for high production volumes. When planning operations, you should take into account the space required for bean storage and the processing time per drink. Preparing multiple drinks simultaneously requires good organization of the workspace.
Installation and Connection
These machines often have specific power supply requirements. Check to see if your location can provide enough separate circuits, especially if you’re using multiple devices at the same time. A permanent water connection with sufficient pressure is also essential.
Maintenance and Cleaning Regular cleaning of the brewing units and grinding discs ensures consistent coffee quality. The reservoirs and spout must be free of residue to prevent clogging. Use the cleaning agents recommended by the manufacturer.
