With the Dutch cheese knife plastic L from Boska, you cut cheese like a true professional. From young cheese to old cheese with hard rind. This L variant has a curved blade with a length of 38 cm. Large enough for dividing complete wheels of cheese, but also immensely handy for cutting pizzas or pies.

This variant has two plastic handles. One placed horizontally in line with the blade, the other placed vertically on the other side of the blade. This allows you to cut through cheese with a controlled, rocking motion. Safe, ergonomic and accurate. After use, you can wash the knife in the dishwasher, courtesy of the plastic handles.
