Brushed chrome
The griddle is made of brushed chrome. The rough brushed chrome surface is highly resistant to scratching and makes cleaning easy.
Grease discharge and splash edges
The large drain hole on the cooking surface allows excess grease to drain into the 1-liter collection tray located below. The stainless steel splash edges on the back and sides prevent splashing of the grease. These are easily removed to make cleaning easier.
Works on gas
The griddle is suitable for use with natural gas or LPG gas. For added safety, this unit uses a piezo ignition.
Thermostatically controlled temperature
The thermostatically controlled temperature allows you to accurately adjust the griddle. The griddle stops heating when the desired temperature is reached.
