This Scaiola 400 is a freestanding refrigerated display case for presenting pastries, cakes, and other chilled products. The model features ventilated cooling, insulated glass, and lighting to keep the contents clearly visible.

The display case has a thermostat that can be set between +2 °C and +10 °C, a main power switch, and five rotating glass shelves. The frame and walls are made of stainless steel (316L) with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm, and the display case is on casters.
