FAGOR EAFP-401 Refrigerator Cooling System
This is a FAGOR EAFP-401 commercial refrigerator, designed as a 1/1 Gastronorm refrigerator with a capacity of 240 liters. The unit is constructed of AISI-304 stainless steel and features 60 mm of injected polyurethane insulation with a density of 40 kg/m³.
The refrigerator features a forced-air cooling system with a hermetically sealed compressor, copper tubing, and an aluminum fin evaporator. The temperature is digitally adjustable and controllable, with an operating range of -2 °C to +8 °C. The door closes automatically when opened less than 90° and remains open when opened more than 135°. It also features a built-in drain for waste liquids and LED lighting inside.
