  This cast iron saucepan is very versatile to use, for milk, pudding, semolina, milk rice, vanilla sauces, wine froth cream or caramel puree, it is guaranteed not to burn. Up to 250°C, the handle is oven-proof if you want to overbake sometime.All products in the EUROLUX Exclusive series are made of high-quality aluminum alloy, sourced from German huts, in proven coconut hand castings made in Germany piece by piece by hand.The new micro ceramic surface:
  In a complex high-tech process, the aluminum is permanently serrated and sealed with a micro-ceramic layer. This procedure aligns the ceramic particles to create a lotus effect, which enables very low-fat frying and easy cleaning. At the same time, the ceramic particles confirm the non-stick coating and enhance scratch resistance. During cooking, the heat from the base pan is conducted through the ceramic particles in such a way that no heat build-up can occur in the cookware. As a result, ceramic-finished cookware has significantly higher temperature resistance and scratch resistance than any conventional sealed product. Ceramik is used wherever the smallest weight, highest stability and heat resistance and enormous strength are important. As a result, you fry almost without grease and cleaning is done playfully by hand.PFOA-free: it is a matter of course for us – taken for granted because of the potential health and environmental damaging effects of PFOA – that we have been using exclusively PFOA-free inner seals in the production process for some time. The pans have high scratch and temperature resistance, 3-year usage warranty and 25-year flatness warranty on our thermobasic floor.
