- Pan made of cast aluminum with non-stick coating with high-quality, resistant micro-ceramic coating, the non-stick pan has proven itself in the catering and professional cooking area and is ideal for exceptional use
- The square cast iron pan is PFOA free (perfluorooctanoic acid) and is ideal for a healthier, simmer for a low-fat pan, can also cook with little or no fat
