The Vito Frying Oil Filtration Machine for filtering frying oils and fats. With this system, you save 40-60% on the cost of frying oil/fat. Put in the fryer at the end of each day. The cycle takes only 4.5 minutes for the Vito, and all dirty particles are filtered out under high pressure. It is a safe way to filter, due to the distance you can take from the hot oil.
