A professional 400Volt 2-pan Florigo electric deep fryer oven in nice condition. The fryer is equipped with 2 pieces of stainless steel pans (round Ø40cm) and an automatic oil filter installation / grease filter pumping system. The powerful heating elements of 11 kW each are easily removable for easy cleaning.

This 400V baking wall is made of all stainless steel. In addition, the baking wall is equipped with analog controls, maximum protection and edge extraction with stainless steel eddy current filters and a built-in automatic oil/fat filter system
Using the automatic filter system, the oil from the boilers can be filtered and pumped back to the desired boiler at the press of a button.
The unit is equipped with wheels, making it very suitable for use at events parties, markets and/or fairs.
