The UME425A80-PD is a self-contained under-counter ice cream maker with a integrated drainage pump that allows the unit to be installed in a location where no drainage system is available. The unit can pump out wastewater up to 1.5 meters vertically and 5 meters horizontally. No side space is required. Air is drawn in and exhausted from the front. Efficient, reliable design with stainless steel evaporator, auger and top bearing. Perfect for facilities with limited space. Produces micro shaved ice.
