Description
Universal electric hot air oven, without steam humidification, with downward-hinged door, electromechanical control, 1 fan, thermostat.
The chamber capacity is 3 baking trays of 600×400 mm or 3GN1/1 (min. depth 20 mm). Baking trays and gastronorm bins are not included. The guide pitch is 77 mm. The guides in the oven can accommodate both 600 x 400 mm baking trays and GN1/1 gastronorm bins; no need to purchase additional equipment.
Operating temperature: +50/+250С. Operating mode: convection. The oven features a timer for 0-60 minutes, manual setup. The oven and chamber are made of stainless steel. The double-glazed refrigerated door easily opens fully for easy cleaning. The use of a fan combined with a heating element allows different products to be cooked on multiple levels, provided the products require the same temperature and cooking time. Rapid and uniform heat distribution is achieved through the movement of warm air.
