Stainless Steel Combi Steam Oven

This Bonnet PreciJet is an electric steamer/combination steam oven with a capacity of 6 x 1/1 GN, made entirely of stainless steel, both inside and out. The oven has smooth walls and rounded corners for optimal hygiene.

The steam oven features a safety door with double heat-resistant glazing and a drip tray. The control panel is an intuitive touchscreen with 100 programmable cooking programs, each with 6 phases. In addition, the oven is equipped with halogen lighting, a built-in cleaning program, and a core temperature probe with multipoint measurement.
