How It Works
A professional dishwasher cleans dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils using hot water and detergents. The racks are loaded, and then the cycle begins with a pre-rinse, wash, and final rinse. The temperature and duration of the cycle determine how effectively the items are cleaned.
Application
Dishwashers like this one are commonly used in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and catering companies. They ensure efficient and hygienic dishwashing, which is essential in environments where large numbers of meals are served. The machine is designed to process large quantities of dishes quickly and thoroughly.
Maintenance Regular maintenance is important for extending the dishwasher’s lifespan. This includes cleaning the filters, checking the spray arms, and refilling the detergent. Descaling the machine also helps ensure optimal performance.
