Stainless Steel Hot Plate

This Rocam hot plate, model Vulcano 1/1, is made of stainless steel and operates on 230V. The plate has a power rating of 0.5 kW and is sized for 1/1 GN, allowing you to place Gastronorm containers of this size on it to keep their contents at the desired temperature.
