Typically, slush machines require a sugar content of about 13%, whereas the Polar can make slush from beverages with a sugar content as low as 5%—a fantastic option if you want to serve healthier drinks. You can even make slushies from ready-to-drink sodas like cola, lemonade, or orange soda—the possibilities are endless. If you’re looking for something a little stronger, the Polar has the advantage of being able to make alcoholic slush drinks, such as frozen margaritas or mojitos, as well as drinks made from fresh juice (even with pulp up to 5 mm). The Polar slush machine features two large 12-liter tanks, allowing you to serve two drinks at once while providing ample capacity to handle peaks in demand.
