Grease discharge and splash edges
The large drain hole on the cooking surface allows excess grease to drain into the 1-liter collection tray located below. The stainless steel splash edges on the back and sides prevent splashing of the grease. These are easily removed to make cleaning easier.
Optimal results
The griddle features a safety thermostat and thermostatic control. The steel surface of the plate gives optimum grilling results. A scraper is included as standard for the griddle.
