The inner bowl and casing of the Zanussi Z9BMGDB000 Bain Marie are made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel. The bain marie can accommodate 4x 1/3 gastronorm inserts, including 3x 1/3 to 150mm deep and 1x 1/3 to 65mm deep. The burner has a piezo ignition.
Good protection
The heating element is placed at the bottom of the bain marie tray so that it does not come into contact with the water. Proper protection of the element is thus ensured. On the front panel you will find the control buttons and the drain valve.
