With this powerful oven from Diamond, from the Turbo Line, you have a fast-heating hot air oven that simply runs on 230 volts. The heat is evenly distributed in the interior by two auto-reverse fans with a speed of 2800 rpm. So all dishes, from sandwiches to meat dishes are cooked equally fast everywhere. The stainless steel oven chamber is removable and is fully welded. Rounded corners and edges make the interior quick and easy to clean hygiënically. A drain for condensation is provided and the closure with the door guarantees 100% watertightness. The interior accommodates four pieces of baking trays or grids with 1/1 GN dimensions. You will receive 1 piece of grid as a gift with this unit. The guides are anti-tilt and are 75 mm apart. The guides and heat diffusers are easily removable for the purpose of cleaning. This professional oven has a sturdy, self-closing door that features an ergonomic, heat-resistant handle and a large double-glazed window. There is a microswitch that turns off the fans as soon as the door is opened. Like the stainless steel housing, the door hardly gets hot on the outside due to good insulation with a thick fiberglass package. Controls are easy and include a thermostat knob, a timer and a button to blow steam into the interior. The temperature is adjustable from 20 to 280 C and the timer up to 120 minutes. It is a versatile, professional catering oven that heats up very quickly and is very reliable.
