Cut straight pieces from your semi-hard and hard cheese with the BOSKA Right Blade. You attach this strong knife to the BOSKA Part-O-Mate (slicer not included), then use its lever design to cut the cheese easily and efficiently. The knife is made of stainless steel and highly sharpened.
The Straight Knife is made of high quality stainless steel and is very easy to attach to the Part-O-Mate. Be careful while (dis)assembling; the blade is very sharpened. After use, the knife – if you have removed it from the Part-O-Mate – may be run in the dishwasher. However, we do recommend washing the knife by hand. That way it stays sharp longer.
