Model: PRM 7 The RHIMA pre-wash PRM-7 is a machine that takes over the function of a pre-wash shower. The machine is designed for intensive and demanding use in catering and institutional kitchens. The design fully meets the high standards of hygiene, intensive use, pleasant and effortless working conditions, cleaning and maintenance. By using the drain water from the passthrough machine, a PRM operates extremely cost-efficiently. In a traditional setup, we use a feed table with sink and pre-rinse shower, a passthrough dishwasher and a discharge table. The dishes are pre-rinsed with the pre-rinse shower, which uses a lot of water. This is fresh hot water that goes directly to the drain. Field studies have shown that it averages 4 to 6 gallons per basket. This is a waste. Moreover, the water from the pre-rinse shower often does not have the right temperature and the hollow dishes in particular are poorly pre-rinsed. This means that the water from the pass-through machine can quickly become contaminated and detergent consumption increases, increasing costs and putting additional strain on the environment. The RHIMA PRM-7 in combination with a RHIMA pass-through washer WD-6 or WD-7 solves these concerns! Manual pre-washing with a pre-rinse shower is no longer necessary and your dishwashing results are superb. In the RHIMA PRM pre-rinser, the drain water from the passthrough machine is collected and reused. No detergent is dosed in the PRM. The hot water with active detergent is used to pre-wash the – not pre-washed – dishes in a 30-second program: from both the bottom and top. Also, the water of the pass-through machine stays clean longer, because hollow dishes such as soup bowls are also pre-washed at the bottom. This keeps the end result optimal longer. For lightly soiled dishes, the pre-washing machine can be skipped. This is to promote flexibility and versatility. The PRM features deep, high-quality stainless steel filters. In addition, the RHIMA PRM-7 is easy to clean and extremely user-friendly. NOTE: The RHIMA PRM cannot be used in conjunction with a heat exchanger, as both use the hot drain water.
